We are committed to protecting your privacy. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we only collect the necessary personal information to provide the Service: your email address for your account, and the names and email addresses of participants for your Secret Santa groups. We will not use this information for any other purpose than to run the gift exchange. You are responsible for ensuring you have the consent of the participants to provide their information.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are expressly prohibited from using the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person. You may not use the service to send spam or any other form of unsolicited communication.
